First he thinks there are 57 states. Then he thinks there are 44 presidents that have taken office. Then on top of that he even goes on to trip over his words.

Only 44 presidents have taken office, my friend.
He didn't stumble over the oath, it was read to him incorrectly. There was supposed to be a pause for him to say his name but the Justice didn't pause.
it was so much better when we had a president who never made any mistakes, or at least none he could recall.
What is this rant really about?
