How can i put ringtones onto my Samsung Rant from Sprint using the chord that came with it? ?

I dont have internet or picture mail, just texting...so i'd have to use the chord.How can i put ringtones onto my Samsung Rant from Sprint using the chord that came with it? ?

sprint does not allow you to use mp3 files in the memory card as ringtones. they block that. the only way is to follow the above tutorial from


ventones and convert the mp3 files to a video file. then transfer that to your memory card.

make sure you follow instructions carefully.


if you transfer over the file as mp3 format , it will not work.
