Is there a way to get free ringtones on a Rant?

I have tried this for a while on my Sprint Samsung Rant but heres my problem- MY MOM DISABLED INTERNET ON MY PHONE!! I can send bluetooth files but i dont know where to send them to and when i send them to music i can listen to them but there not ringtones.
