What's the difference between an lg rumor and samsung rant? ?

im getting the Rumor, only because my contract is almost over, and i broke my old phone. I'm getting the Rant after my contract is up, but what are the differences between the two?What's the difference between an lg rumor and samsung rant? ?
The Samsung Rant is similar in look and style to the LG Rumor but offers much more to consumers. This is a side-slider, CDMA, sleek-looking phone with a large display, a traditional keypad, a QWERTY four-row keyboard and a high-resolution camera. One of the biggest differences between the Rant and the Rumor is the size. The Rant is larger than other phones of its category and weighs more.





It has almost the same shape and form factor as the LG Rumor. There are differences, however: the Rant slides to the right to reveal the keyboard, while the Rumor slides to the left; the navigation toggle is square, instead of circular; the controls and keypad buttons have a slightly different design; and the keyboard itself is much bigger.

One of the Rant's biggest feature improvements over the Rumor is that it has EV-DO. This allows it access to Sprint's Power Vision, for Sprint TV for live on-demand television shows, and the Sprint Music Store, for wireless music downloads.
