I tried to use the guide at ventones.com because I don't have internet acess, but in the menu of my phone, it doesn't allow me to access my albums (Error message says I need to download My Albums), and I can only make videos into ringers.

is the best site and only one that works on samsung rant phones.
I know because i own one and it works great.
