How to add ringtones to the Samsung rant?

I can't figue it out..do i need something extra to add ringtones? do u have use the internet on the phone when adding ringtones?How to add ringtones to the Samsung rant?
the rant is blocked from using mp3 files as ringtones on the memory card as the other person has told you. But there is a great site that will allow you to convert the mp3 files to a known format that will work for ringtones.


I use it for my rant all the time, its the ONLY way to make ringtones for it and that will work without sprint's costly internet package.
